Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the gcup5 platform via https://gcup5.bio or any associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. gcup5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the gcup5 support team immediately through our official email.
Prohibited conduct
Users are prohibited from using the gcup5 platform for the following purposes:
- Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or system abuse;
- Illegal fund transfers or money laundering;
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing anyone else to access your account;
- Any conduct that undermines the experience of other users or the stability of the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the gcup5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account are from a legitimate source and are solely owned by them.
Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, supported local e-wallets, and other payment methods displayed during the deposit process. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Gcup5 will process withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete. The company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms under investigation. Any commissions or fees associated with specific payment methods will be communicated to users before a transaction is confirmed.
Users acknowledge that all confirmed bets or transactions are final and cannot be reversed. gcup5 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's own betting decisions.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

- The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Information provided during registration is false or misleading;
- Suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is associated with the account;
- The account is being used by an individual under the age of 18;
- The user has failed to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
